Superb print quality

The SL1S features a 15.14 cm (5.96") monochrome LCD with a physical resolution of 2560×1620p. Thanks to its completely redesigned optics and new monochrome display technology, the SL1S offers significantly improved print quality compared to its predecessor.

Tilt Mechanism

The tilting resin vat is one of the SL1S SPEED's key features and offers considerable added value compared to the competition. After each layer has cured, the entire display tilts along with the vat. This allows for smoother model release from the FEP film, continuous resin mixing in the vat, and, most importantly, much faster printing.

Resin Calibration

While PrusaSlicer includes an extensive, in-house tested database of resin profiles, our resin calibration feature allows you to easily fine-tune the settings for any third-party resin. In a single print, you can efficiently test up to eight calibration objects with varying exposure times. Simply select the object with the best results, and these ideal settings will be instantly transferred to your new resin profile. This streamlined process ensures exceptional print quality and performance with virtually any resin you choose.

Resin Sensor

The SL1S SPEED offers a remarkable feature: pre-print resin level measurement. Before you begin printing, the printer automatically measures the resin level and provides guidance. It informs you whether there is enough resin for the upcoming print or if additional resin needs to be added. It also detects when there is too much resin in the reservoir and warns you to prevent a potential overflow that could damage the printer. This intelligent resin management ensures a smooth and reliable printing process.

Connectivity and Prusa Connect + PrusaLink
