The Prusa Pro HT90 is a delta‑kinematic 3D printer with a cylindrical print volume (Ø300 × 400 mm). It was specifically designed to maximize the potential of modern materials such as ABS, ASA, PCCF, and PA. Its heated chamber, reaching up to 90°C, and its innovative cooling system ensure unmatched layer adhesion and print quality.

With the HT90, you can print large objects without warping, poor overhangs, or layer delamination. In addition, Input Shaper technology enables ultra‑fast printing of prototypes made from PLA, PETG, and similar materials, which can also be printed easily in a closed chamber.

Equipped with an interchangeable print head featuring a high‑temperature nozzle that reaches 500°C, the HT90 can also print demanding materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PES, and PEI (Ultem) for small to medium‑sized objects. This makes it the most affordable 3D printer for high‑performance filaments. The built‑in recirculation loop continuously cleans the air inside the chamber through a HEPA filter. Both the High‑Flow and High‑Temperature print heads are included in the package.

The printer is easy to set up and configure, offering both a fully featured offline mode for maximum security and a reliable online print management system.

Get the most out of your materials

The HT90 was developed to maximize the potential of materials such as ABS, ASA, PA, PCCF, Flex, and others. Its 90°C heated chamber provides unparalleled layer adhesion and print quality, enabling the easy production of large objects without warping or layer separation. The innovative servo‑controlled flap redirects airflow within milliseconds to precise areas of the model, allowing the HT90 to print flawless overhangs with minimal supports, without overcooling the printed object.

The most affordable printer for high‑end filaments

The high‑temperature print head, powerful heated bed, and actively heated chamber make the HT90 the most affordable 3D printer capable of processing high‑end materials. Print small to medium‑sized objects using filaments such as PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PES, and even PEI (Ultem), a material commonly used in the aerospace industry.

From aerospace to medicine

Thanks to its ability to process a wide range of materials, the Prusa PRO HT90 is the first choice for many different industries. Print engine components and heat exchangers, medical implants, functional machine parts, valves, pipes, chemically resistant components, durable heat‑ and cold‑resistant parts, and much more. No project is too demanding for the HT90.

Innovative solution for rapid cooling

The unique air‑management system was designed for real‑time airflow control and optimal print quality with all materials. The print fan is located on the side of the printer and pushes air through a tube directly into the lightweight print head, while the high‑speed flap redirects the airflow within milliseconds — faster than any conventional fan could. This enables significantly improved overhang printing without causing the rest of the layers to suffer from overcooling.

Additionally, a closed air loop with a HEPA filter keeps the chamber free of ultrafine particles, while an automatic intake flap regulates temperatures for materials such as PLA and PETG, allowing you to print them in a closed chamber. The key components are located outside the heated chamber to extend their lifespan.

Large and precise

Achieve unmatched precision with the Prusa PRO HT90. We have fine‑tuned the print profiles so you can design precise parts and work with high accuracy. The print volume is a full cylinder with a diameter of 300 mm and a Z‑height of 400 mm. The printer has a small footprint, further optimized by a vertically sliding door to save even more space.

Interchangeable print heads

The print head is held in place by magnets. Simply detach it from the arms, unplug the cable from the top of the printer, and replace it with another model. The High‑Flow print head with a quick‑swap 0.4 mm Revo nozzle is the perfect choice for rapid prototyping with materials up to 300°C. The High‑Temp print head with a wear‑resistant 0.6 mm Revo nozzle reaches up to 500°C and enables printing with materials such as PEEK, PEKK, or PEI (Ultem). Both print heads are included with the HT90, and the hardware is compatible with all Revo nozzles from 0.25 to 0.8 mm.

Actively heated chamber with HEPA filter

The actively heated chamber with a closed air loop and HEPA and carbon filters can reach up to 90°C, providing an optimal environment even for the most demanding materials. Print large, robust objects from ABS/ASA without negative effects such as warping or layer separation, use PLA for rapid prototyping, and create durable objects from PEEK or PEI.

High speed, excellent print quality

The HT90 prints consistently and accurately, without the typical artifacts seen in CoreXY or Cartesian 3D printers. This is because the movement of the direct‑drive extruder is controlled by the coordinated motion of three lightweight arms, while the printed object remains stationary. Equipped with Klipper firmware and Input Shaper technology, the HT90 achieves ultra‑fast speeds while maintaining high print quality across the entire cylindrical print area.

Always a perfect first layer

Three high‑precision load‑cell sensors measure the distance between the nozzle and the print sheet with exceptional accuracy. This allows the printer to automatically produce a flawless first layer, regardless of the print surface you choose, without requiring manual adjustment.

Easy setup, automatic calibration

Once you unpack the HT90, you can start printing within minutes. The entire preparation process is quick and guided by easy‑to‑understand instructions. Everything is controlled via a large 7’’ touchscreen. Complete the automatic calibration, load the filament of your choice, and start printing.

Maximum security with offline mode

We understand how important security is in industrial applications. While the HT90 offers a comprehensive system for remote management and monitoring of print jobs, it is also designed for full offline operation. You can even disconnect the Wi‑Fi module. We do not collect any information about your prints or your printer’s environment. Whether you are developing a next‑generation space shuttle or simply printing tools for your workshop, no organization should have access to this information.

Reliable remote‑management system

Depending on your needs, you can access two fully featured remote print‑management systems. The HT90 offers both a local and a remote mode — in local mode, the printer is only accessible via the local network, but you can also integrate it into Prusa Connect, our secure remote‑printing management system, allowing you to access it from anywhere. You can also use the built‑in camera for print monitoring and chamber lighting. Connecting an external USB camera is also possible.
