Prusa PP pulverbeschichtete Druckplatte

The MK52 heated bed features embedded high-Curie magnets. These magnets securely hold removable spring steel sheets.

This print sheet is specifically designed for printing with polypropylene-based filaments. PP materials generally have lower adhesion to textured or satin-finished print sheets. This sheet has a special surface treatment that enhances adhesion and is perfectly suited for Prusament PP.

The PP sheet has a slightly textured surface, similar to a satin-finished powder-coated steel sheet.

IMPORTANT!

Never clean the PP sheet with acetone! Acetone partially dissolves the surface of the sheet and leaves stains. It can also negatively affect the adhesion properties and lifespan of the sheet.
